All of these programmes can also be run as a closed programme, specifically tailored to your organisation.
Our experts will deliver all of the elements of our training programmes using online technology. As part of our programmes, for example, we provide coaching to delegates. Instead of taking place face-to-face, our coaches will hold these calls virtually.
As with our face-to-face programmes, there will be modules that delegates need to virtually attend. During these, there will be classroom learning as well as experiential interventions that have been tailored to enable virtual delivery.
All in all, the method of delivery will be different, but the outcomes for delegates will still deliver the same great results.
The beauty of virtual training is that a wider range of employees to be enrolled on the same programme as location is less of a factor.
